Avatar Institute of Learning
Avatar Institute of Learning (Avatar) provided work-based education and training. Our Learning Centre is located on site at a residential care facility providing hospital-level care. Our purpose is to support residential care environments through bespoke learning and development programmes designed for people providing personal care to others. From an employee experience perspective, our mission is to care for the people, who are caring for the people, who need other people to care for them.
