Deirdre holds the position of Manager, Delivery and Projects, at the TEC. This role supports TEC’s investment processes and decision-making. She is currently performing the role of Programme Manager for the government’s priority work programme for tertiary education, which covers VET Changes, the Universities Review, and implementing the Final Year Fees Free initiative.
